Handling & Daily Use

This is a drop-on pallet box lid designed for quick placement and removal without clips or mechanical fasteners.

Operational characteristics include:
• Snug seating on all compatible pallet boxes
• Grooved surface geometry to maintain stack alignment
• Integrated channels to guide strapping or ratchet straps
• Designed for forklift handling when fitted
• No tools or modification required

Boxes can be stacked securely on top of the lid thanks to moulded stacking grooves that mirror the base profile.

For added load security during transport, straps can be positioned within the moulded guide channels.

Manufactured from the same virgin High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) as Stack pallet boxes, this heavy duty pallet box lid is engineered for industrial durability.

No. These are drop-on pallet box lids designed for snug seating without clips or mechanical fasteners. For transport security, integrated strap channels allow ratchet straps to be positioned securely.

Can pallet boxes be stacked when the lid is fitted?
